Nestlé Health Science to acquire majority stake in Orgain

Nestlé Health Science has agreed to purchase a majority stake in Orgain, a leader in plant-based nutrition, from founder Dr. Andrew Abraham and Butterfly Equity, who will continue to be minority share owners.
