Telefónica closes all its copper central offices

·The company informs the CNMC of the closure of all its copper central offices as part of the fixed network transformation plan.

·Fiber, which is faster, safer and more stable than copper, reduces the environmental impact of the operator's fixed network in Spain by 94%.
